Three Days: Three New Birds :) (note smiley!)

Collared Flycatcher, Audouin's Gull and Eagle Owl (:)) but which one was best?
There's only one way to find out!
Fight!

No, but seriously!
Collared Flycatcher: 30 accepted National records; 3 previous accepted Norfolk records; 1st in Norfolk for me!
(but saw the Portland bird a couple of years back)
Audouin's Gull: 5 accepted National records; 1st record for Suffolk and 1st record for me!
Eagle Owl: 99% possibility escape! 1st in Norfolk for me!

The purpose of putting all of this is to reiterate my birding priorities to all readers! Whatever the statistics say to you above the best bird for me was easily the Collared Flycatcher - it was in Norfolk! In fact, the Eagle Owl presses the Audouin's Gull close for second - because: it was in Norfolk! The Audouin's Gull was great - but it wasn't in Norfolk! So, in a nutshell, my Norfolk List is far more important to me than my British List! In fact, I have no idea what my British list is, somewhere between 400 and 500 but I've no idea where!
(However, due to computer problems, I don't know what my Norfolk list currently is (I have a very bad memory)! Paul can you send me a copy to dnorgate@live.co.uk?!? I've also mislaid your e-mail address!)
