The Titchwell Diver was only seen twice in flight today, although on both occasions it seems that views were had that added to the opinion that it is a Pacific Diver (probably!). On the latter occasion it seemingly headed inland over Thornham Harbour, unless I have misunderstood comments made.

Other highlights include the continued presence of the Rough-legged Buzzard at Hadiscoe and Iceland Gull at Blackborough End Tip.
An inland Black Redstart is a timely reminder that birds can be found anywhere, so get out there and look!

What was probably the same bird was probably seen this morning and probably had a vent strap but this probably doesn't mean anything anyway so it's probably a Pacific Diver. Or it might be. Or not. Probably.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness it flew off.
Tim ;-)
I like it! You're probably a cynic! And possibly correct!
ReplyDeleteThe power of accurate observation is called cynicism by those that don't have it.
